Reservation terms and conditions

before making reservation, please read below regulations

Below regulations reffers to reservations made throught internet and/or phone (furter, it will be called Reservation T&C) .

This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") regulates the rules for making reservations, canceling reservations, methods and deadlines for payment for reservations, reservation confirmations and complaints at Tristan Hotel & SPA, located at ul. Rybacka 17, 82–110 Kąty Rybackie, hereinafter referred to as "Hotel"

The Regulations cover the provision of all services provided by the Hotel, including accommodation services available in the Pension, which is located on the same property about 50m from the main hotel building.

The prices listed on the hotel website are gross prices (including VAT). All transactions are concluded in PLN.

Reservations can be made using one of the methods:

  1. By phone - any reservation made by phone is treated as a preliminary reservation. All details (including booking conditions) will be sent by email
  2. By email - in response to a price offer and booking conditions
  3. Using the reservation system available on the hotel website
  4. Through intermediary companies, agencies or portals

The reservations indicated in points 1, 2 and 3 above are preliminary reservations. The reservation is considered confirmed after paying the down payment or, in certain cases, the full value of the reservation.

The deadline for the deposit payment will be communicated each time when presenting the offer and sending confirmation of the initial (non-guaranteed) reservation. The deadline for paying the deposit may vary depending on the booked date. 

From April 10, 2023, there are changes to the free cancellation policy:

Basic booking and cancellation conditions:
To guarantee your reservation, you must pay 40% of the total reservation value. The remaining amount is due upon check-in at the hotel before start of stay stay. The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before planned arrival. If the reservation is canceled before 7 days, the deposit will be returned to the indicated bank account. If the reservation is canceled after this date or the guest fails to show up, the deposit will be forfeited.

The booking conditions for some packages may differ from those indicated above. Such conditions will be indicated in the details of the package offer. 

Shortening your stay

Shortening the stay does not constitute a basis for a refund for unused nights, nor is it subject to compensation in the form of using the unused amount for other services at the hotel. Shortening your stay is treated equally to canceling your reservation.
In the event of shortening the stay, the Guest undertakes to cover the full value of the reservation - including unused nights.

Payment of the deposit and thus effective booking means confirmation of acceptance of the reservation conditions set out in the regulations and familiarization with the hotel regulations.

Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed time will automatically cancel the reservation.

The hotel is not responsible for incorrectly made reservations.

Offers published on the website, reservation system, presented by phone or in person do not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 et seq of the Civil Code. The hotel price offer, subject to confirmation, may change.
