The location of the Hotel between the Gulf of Gdańsk and the Vistula Lagoon naturally obliges to serve sea and freshwater fish. Kornel Winiarski's original menu is based on fresh seasonal ingredients and changes with the rhythm of the seasons. We combine local traditional flavors with modern culinary art, creating a unique taste experience. We introduce the wealth of Polish nature thanks to cooperation with the best suppliers.

Kobaltowa Restaurant is a unique place, combining traditional and modern cuisine. We give guests a selection of a wide range of flavors, in addition to fish and local cuisine, we also serve dishes inspired by French and Italian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. 

At the request of guests, the chef will also prepare an individual diet tailored to your needs.

In summer, we also serve meals on the large terrace. 

Excellent breakfasts, lunches
and dinners are a real showcase of our Hotel. We offer a rich buffet of hot and cold dishes. Chef
together with the crew prepares
homemade cakes, fish marinated according to a traditional recipe, home-made pies and smoked sausages on site.
Dedicated tasty dishes and an ice-cream self-service buffet await the youngest. There is a possibility to prepare a themed buffet for groups.
