Guests not using the hotel services can use hotel recreation area, which includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool (open only in summer), dry sauna, steam room and fitness center.

Persons using the services of the Recreation Complex Isolda SPA and Fitness Center are obliged to strictly comply with the regulations of using the above service points.
MULTIPLE ENTRY CARDS - TERMS
1. The multiple entrance card is issued to the bearer.
2. Only one person may use one multiple entrance card at a time.
3. Multiple entrance card are issued for a specified period of time - one month, with the option of using it on any weekday.
4. Multiple entrance card specifies the maximum number of entries and the date of its maximum use.
5. The value of multiple entrance card is not convertible into cash.
6. The unused card value is not refundable.
7.After using entrance, the transaction is not refundable.
8. No other promotions currently running at the Tristan Hotel apply to the card & SPA
9. Multiple entrance cards can be used during the opening hours of the Pool and Sauna Area and the Fitness Center
10. Tristan Hotel & SPA reserves the right not to admit the holder of the multiple entrance card to the Swimming Pool and Saunas Zone on the day and time of his choice in the event of a breakdown, technical breaks or in cases of full occupancy of the facility. In such situations, the card will be able to be used at a different time or during the day when there are no obstacles.
11. The holder of a multiple entrance card by entering the Pool and Sauna Area and the Fitness Center accepts its regulations and is aware of the rights and obligations arising from its content.
12. For people who do not comply with the Tristan Hotel regulations & SPA reserves the right to remove such persons without refunding the fee charged from the card. Persons who repeatedly or grossly violated the provisions of the regulations may not be admitted despite having a valid subscription. These persons are not entitled to a refund.
13. Purchase and use of the multiple entrance card is equivalent to acceptance of these regulations.
14. In exceptional cases documented by the holder of the card (e.g. long-term illness), the subscription of the card can be extended without additional payment. The maximum time to extend is 30 days.
15. If the bearer of the card wants to use a service not covered by the card, he is obliged to make a payment in accordance with the Tristan Hotel & SPA
16. In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the facility shall apply.
